Returns Policy

Starting a return

Email support@consideritchoco.shop with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send return instructions. Items should be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

What can be returned

• Unused tools and moulds in original condition, within 30 days (60 days for members).
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — always returnable at our cost.

What can't be returned (hygiene)

• Tools or moulds that have been used with food.
• Opened or unsealed paper packaging (cups, cases, doilies, liners).
• Shipped Sweet Studio quarterly moulds for the current quarter.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns you cover return postage; for faulty or incorrect items we cover it. Once your return arrives and is checked, we process any refund per our Refund Policy.
