Worldwide shipping, timescales, duties and fragile items.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Free worldwide shipping applies to orders over $60 and to Sweet Club and Sweet Studio members.
Duties & taxes
Prices are in USD and shown before payment. For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your country on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. We are not able to predict these charges.
Fragile items
Ceramic and glass items (stands, domes, plates, ramekins) are packed for protection. If a fragile item arrives broken, contact us with a photo within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
Tracking
We email tracking when your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated or your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will help.
