About these terms

These terms govern your use of consideritchoco.shop and any purchase you make. By using the site or ordering, you accept them. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

What we sell

We sell physical baking equipment: moulds, tins, decorating tools, serveware and packaging supplies. Squeeze bottles and decorating pens are sold empty. Paper cups, cases, doilies and gift boxes are packaging, not food. There is no facility to buy food on this site.

Product information & safe use

• Each item lists its food-grade material and temperature range where relevant. Use every item within its stated limits.
• Bakeware and moulds can be very hot after use — use oven gloves. Blades, cutters and some tools have firm or sharp edges; they are not toys.
• Baking with children must be supervised by an adult. Our kids' kit uses rounded, blunt tools.
• Because tools are shared across recipes, allergen residue can transfer. Wash thoroughly before first use and between recipes.

Orders, pricing & currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may correct errors in pricing or descriptions and decline or cancel an order where necessary. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

Our moulds and cutters are generic or original shapes with no licensed characters. You agree not to use our tools to reproduce protected designs unlawfully. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Under-13s may not use the site; 13–17 year-olds may use it only with a parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

Liability

We provide accurate product information and honour your statutory rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse of tools outside their stated materials, temperature ranges or safety guidance.
